Hello all!
I’m visiting with family this week, and keeping my computer time limited. But I thought I’d pop in and share what books were left under our tree this year. These are stories that Preschooler and I had already enjoyed, and when Grandma and Grandpa asked for some gift recommendations, I passed these along.
So now we’re enjoying them again, this time as part of our own collection
Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!
The Monster Princess by D.J. MacHale, illustrated by Alexandra Boiger
Extra Yarn by Mac Barnett, illustrated by Jon Klassen
The Circus Ship by Chris Van Dusen
Lovabye Dragon by Barbara Joosse, illustrated by Randy Cecil
How about you? Any bookish favorites appear under your tree this year? Did Santa have a little help selecting book titles?
No matter what, I hope that you are enjoying time with families as 2012 winds down and we prepare to welcome in 2013.
Posting here will still be sparse over the next week. Be back in full with the new year!

I want to get Lovabye Dragon. That looks very cute! We got Circus Ship for Christmas a couple years ago. We LOVE that one. I wrote about the books we got for Christmas on my blog: http://sunlitpages.blogspot.com/2012/12/book-haul-christmas-2012.html
